Book Review Cheat Sheet

Over at Quintessential we've been talking a lot about reviews. One of my totally amazing readers asked:

"Are there any places that show how to write a decent review? I'm willing to try but feel I need help with this. Not put the words or opinion but like an outline of what a good structure for a review is."

I googled... And didn't come up with much that wasn't focused on reviewing more scholarly books. So what's a writer to do? Uh... Make their own list of ideas to help readers, of course!
